Ricardo with lots of entrepreneurial experience and a background in the food industry decided to put his idea together and do something different.
One evening, Ricardo decided to turn his passion for FLAN into business. He got his wife's recipe, his mother's and his own then experimented quite a bit adding a little bit of "this" and a little bit of "that" and came out with his own authentic, delectable recipe.
